Return & Refund Policy – Innerwear Products (Men & Women)

1. General Policy

Due to the intimate nature of innerwear products, all items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered. This policy is in place to ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards for all customers.

2. Exceptions (Eligible for Return/Refund)

Returns or refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or torn
  • Incorrect product, size, or variant delivered
  • Missing items in the package

3. Reporting an Issue

  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging as proof

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the issue is verified, a refund will be initiated
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be asked to provide bank details for refund processing

5. Return Pickup (If Applicable)

  • In some cases, a return pickup may be arranged
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or worn
  • Tags, labels, or packaging are missing
  • Size or fit issues (please refer to size charts before ordering)

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
